As a result, for plans involving 6 levels and 7 tiers, it was necessary to resort to "individual certification," which significantly increased costs and timelines. However, Watanabe Solutions has become the first in the industry to obtain "general certification" for 6 levels and 7 tiers. Moving forward, it will be possible to plan and construct without incurring extra costs and time.

We would like to introduce a case study of the self-driving multi-story parking lot, Yuuken Park. To serve as a shared garage for the adjacent Store No. 2, we installed a cross-entrance pathway and considered security measures for access to the upper floors, including shutters and external staircase doors. To enhance the visibility of oncoming vehicles, we installed a rotating light! Here is an example of construction in a parking lot for employees in Mito City.

We would like to introduce a case study of the self-driving multi-story parking lot, Yuuken Park. We maximized the number of vehicles accommodated within the limited site. In addition to height, weight, and speed restrictions, we installed operational awareness signage at the parking lot entrance. Due to height restrictions, the exterior walls on the rooftop were designed with lattice railings. The exterior walls are made of metallic brown steel plates. Fire hatches are installed on all floors except for the first and the rooftop.
